Vienna Whole-Home Water Loss
A supply-line failure in a Vienna single-family home ran undetected long enough to reach two floors. Crews staged out of our Vienna headquarters extracted, mapped moisture room by room, and dried the structure to documented targets — the full project logged in CompanyCam for the carrier.

McLean Finished-Basement Dry-Out
Water pooling under finished basement flooring in McLean was pulled with truck-mounted extraction, then dried in place with LGR dehumidification instead of a gut-out — saving the finishes and shortening the homeowner's rebuild.

McLean Flood-Cut & Structural Drying
Where drywall had wicked water too high to save, we made clean flood cuts, removed the saturated material, and set a controlled drying system on the exposed cavities — demolishing only what genuinely could not be dried.

Alexandria Category 3 Sewage Cleanup
A sewer backup turned an Alexandria lower level into a Category 3 biohazard. Crews contained the area, removed contaminated porous materials as regulated waste, applied EPA-registered antimicrobial treatment, and verified the space dry and sanitary.

Arlington Mold Remediation
Hidden growth behind an Arlington wall was handled under IICRC S520 containment: negative-air HEPA scrubbing, selective demolition of colonized material, and correction of the moisture source so the mold could not simply return.

Fairfax Thermal Moisture Inspection
Thermal imaging and pinless meters found the wet cavities a Fairfax homeowner could not see, so drying equipment went exactly where the moisture was — not blanketed across a room and hoped over.

Vienna Emergency Extraction
An overnight appliance failure in Vienna met a same-hour response. Standing water was extracted before it soaked deeper, and the structure was in a controlled drying environment while the loss was still small and still clean.

Leesburg Basement Water Extraction
A finished Leesburg basement took on water at the slab. We extracted, lifted and dried what could be saved, and monitored daily until framing and finishes hit documented dry standards.

Tysons Commercial Office Dry-Out
After-hours water intrusion at a Tysons office suite was dried around the tenant's operations — extraction, air movers, and dehumidification staged to get the space back in service without a full shutdown.

McLean Hardwood Floor Drying
Rather than tear out wet hardwood in this McLean home, we used specialty floor-drying mats and injection drying to pull moisture from the boards and subfloor, preserving the original flooring.

Oakton Moisture Mapping & Drying
A room-by-room moisture map set the drying plan for this Oakton loss, with a logged baseline and daily readings driving equipment placement until the numbers came down.

Springfield Extraction & Contents Protection
Water reached living space in Springfield with belongings in its path. Crews extracted the water and moved, blocked, and protected contents so possessions were out of harm's way while the structure dried.
