The restoration doctor was extremely fast in getting my basements water infiltration fixed. Every rain would cause a lot of puddles in the basement. Their crew investigated, found problems in pipes and the basements window frames; they fixed it quickly, and I have not had any water infiltration issues so far.
There was a busted pipe in the yard, causing a huge damp spot in the garden and releasing a lot of water. We got the restoration doctor to take a look, and their crew quickly diagnosed the busted pipe and quoted us. We needed that to be fixed asap since we couldnt let the garden get more damaged, and we liked the quote, so we went ahead with them. Im satisfied with how quick and professional they were.
